      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Increase new business sales by establishing partnerships with major worksite and voluntary benefit distributors
      - Conduct market analysis and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
      - Collaborate with marketing and product development to create educational programs for distribution partners
      - Utilize Salesforce.com for activity reporting, forecasting, and workflow management
      - Monitor competition and provide reports on sales pipeline and metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of voluntary product sales or equivalent work experience
      - Proven consultative sales experience
      - Experience generating and analyzing reports to enhance sales or customer experience
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
      - Background in the employee benefits or insurance industry
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management
      - Ability to negotiate and resolve complex issues effectively
      - Familiarity with the complete MS Office Suite
