      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive new business sales by establishing consultative partnerships with worksite and voluntary benefit distributors
      - Manage the acquisition process and prioritize tasks with the sales support team
      - Generate new business opportunities through market analysis, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships
      - Collaborate with marketing and product development to create educational programs for the distribution channel
      - Utilize Salesforce.com for activity reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in voluntary product sales or equivalent work experience
      - Proven consultative sales experience
      - Strong analytical skills for generating and interpreting sales reports
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing relationships with brokers, agents, and financial planners
      - Previous experience in the health insurance or employee benefits industry
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
