What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interview, hire, and train a high-performing team of Account Executives
- Manage and support Account Executives to meet monthly production targets
- Assist with recruitment processes as directed by the Divisional Manager
- Prospect and consistently close new merchant accounts
- Market additional products and services as they are introduced
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience managing a sales team in the payment acquisition industry
- Strong financial motivation and competitive drive
- Proven experience in building and developing successful teams
- High ethical standards and integrity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

- Experience in the software or technology sector
