      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct and manage sales teams to achieve profitable sales growth in US markets
      - Structure sales territories and develop contingency plans for coverage
      - Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and support employee development
      - Build and maintain market share while overseeing product forecasting and competitive analysis
      - Present at business reviews and engage with major customers to gather feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role
      - At least 4 years of experience in a sales position
      - Proficient in Customer Focused Selling Skills (CFS) and CRM systems
      - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including TEAMS

      - Experience in managing sales teams within the manufacturing or distribution industry
      - Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performance teams
      - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management
      - Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
