      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales by developing and maintaining relationships with financial advisors through proactive outreach
      - Utilize a consultative sales process to influence advisor choices and manage territory goals
      - Create sales illustrations using tools like Encompass and BrentMark to support consultative conversations
      - Complete required coursework to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and licenses
      - Effectively prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks while recording sales activities to maximize results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
      - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales and/or wholesaling within the financial industry
      - Series 6 and Series 63/66 licenses
      - Resident State Insurance Licenses (Variable Health and Life), with the ability to obtain within 90 days if lapsed
      - Extensive knowledge of insurance products and effective presentation skills
