      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit new brokers through outbound phone calls and face-to-face meetings
      - Expand life insurance and ancillary product contracts for existing brokers
      - Collaborate with internal teams to drive new business initiatives
      - Coach and train brokers to enhance their sales effectiveness
      - Maintain strong relationships with carrier representatives and manage territory performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of life insurance sales or wholesaling experience
      - State insurance license required or willingness to obtain within 90 days
      - Exceptional phone communication skills and comfort with outbound calls
      - Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
