      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in strategic management of the agency plant and develop sales strategies for profitable growth
      - Hire, coach, and mentor Sales Executives to achieve regional goals
      - Analyze regional market and work with business partners to increase market share
      - Facilitate business development by identifying prospects and negotiating agency appointments
      - Manage communication with agents and brokers to provide timely information and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of eight years of professional sales experience within the Insurance Industry
      - Minimum of three years of management experience
      - Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing preferred
      - Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
      - Valid driver's license
