      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to promote early cancer detection products
      - Identify and secure partnerships with laboratories for phlebotomy draw agreements
      - Build relationships with key thought leaders and decision-makers in the region
      - Manage sales targets and report progress to the management team
      - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role within medical, diagnostic, or medical device sectors
      - 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or management capacity
      - Proven track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales targets
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading sales teams during product launches
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and various sales methodologies
      - Ability to develop strategic business plans and conduct market analysis
      - Established relationships with primary care providers and gastroenterologists
      - Experience in a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
