      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to promote the SHIELD product within the designated region
      - Build strong relationships with key thought leaders and decision-makers in the healthcare community
      - Manage sales targets and provide ongoing reporting of progress to the management team
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance within health systems
      - Implement a comprehensive business plan for the region, including budgets and goal setting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role in the medical, diagnostic, or medical device industry
      - 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or management capacity
      - Proven ability to generate measurable revenue and lead sales teams targeting primary care providers
      - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with experience in tracking sales force metrics
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading sales teams during product launches and outstanding interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and various sales methodologies
      - Background in life sciences, biology, business, or marketing
