What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of Account Executives to promote early cancer detection products to healthcare providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders and decision-makers in the region
- Manage sales targets, forecast results, and report progress to the management team
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the region, including budgets and territory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance and share best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role in a medical, diagnostic, or medical device field
- 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or management capacity
- Proven track record of revenue generation in a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a consultative selling approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience using Salesforce.com
