What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside, Outside, and Field Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue
- Identify, qualify, and target potential new accounts to meet annual new account goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the golf, sporting goods, or hospitality industries
- Strong strategic selling skills with the ability to develop long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
