Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Regional Sales Enablement Specialist based in Arizona or Colorado. The Regional Sales Enablement Specialist is a dynamic, multi-functional position that involves elements of marketing, graphic design, communication, administrative, and customer service roles. This position will involve assisting in the development and maintenance of new and existing client relationships by improving or developing sales deliverable content, coordinating local public awareness efforts, facilitating industry events, identifying opportunities to serve the client needs post-sale, and facilitating internal communication efforts with sales, marketing, performance assurance, and management. What will you do? Sales Support Develop and/or improve client-facing and internal sales and marketing materials and deliverables Help team network and engage with potential clients Build up conference and tradeshow presence Create and send out regional newsletters Assist with RFPs/RFQs responses, Attend and potentially lead trade and professional organization events and outreach to partners and other networking Develop, improve, post and manage social media content Be conduit between sales and marketing teams Marketing / Public Awareness Support Advance client and company exposure by assisting the marketing and sales teams with press releases, banner stands, social media, local media coordination, project highlight videos, events, promo items, case studies, presentations, placemats, brochures, blogs, webinars, etc. Client Support Build up client relationships by staying engaged with client Improve and coordinate student and community engagement and educational events Acquire new testimonials and check on client’s willingness to serve as a reference Serve as a communication liaison between the client and the company What qualifications will make you successful? 4+ years of experience working in marketing, sales support or public relations roles 4-year college/university degree. - Preferred degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related areas Demonstrated leadership in previous organizations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and build rapport with others easily Demonstrate the ability to manage relationships, identify and solve problems, and drive exceptional results What's in it for me? For this Colorado based position, the expected compensation range is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
