      - Salary range of $95,000 - $105,000, plus performance pay with an OTE of $175k (uncapped)

      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a territory of named accounts, driving new revenue through customer acquisition and maintaining existing accounts
      - Meet or exceed prospecting and retention meeting goals to grow pipeline and revenue
      - Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and retention meetings with prospects and existing customers
      - Collaborate with Customer Success to enhance customer experience and support
      - Track sales and account management activities in Salesforce

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience working with automotive dealerships
      - Proven success in a SaaS company
      - Strong business acumen with the ability to connect with executives and managers
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel regionally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent job experience
      - Proficiency using a CRM, preferably Salesforce
      - Mastery of web presentations and accompanying technology
      - Highly motivated and results-driven self-starter
      - Experience with consultative sales and closing strategies
