What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coach a team of Territory Managers to drive their success and performance
- Manage regional sales targets and ensure high standards are met consistently
- Prospect for new business opportunities through various outreach methods
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate across teams to address customer issues and enhance overall support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of cattle operations, pasture-based grazing, or rural agriculture
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation and closing deals
- Experience mentoring or leading customer-facing field teams
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region
