      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute business plans to meet or exceed sales, profit, share, and trade efficiency targets
      - Coordinate merchandising plans and objectives across the Home Health and Wellness (HHW) channel
      - Collaborate on Pro/Small Business Owner assortment strategy both in-store and online
      - Lead key initiatives through the SSA group on HHW
      - Drive key KPI meetings and streamline connected customer planning across teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Proven customer-facing experience; familiarity with Home Depot is beneficial
      - Proficiency in key Clorox/Sales analytical tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with consultative or solution selling
      - Knowledge in Category Business Planning and Insights
      - Ideally based in the Atlanta market
