- Overseeing multiple locations in the Region throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, training, development and HR processes
- Regular travel to multiple locations in the region
- Supporting multiple teams in the region in meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
- Ensuring the development of the Residential Sales Managers under your management
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the region’s customer base
- Maximizing all sales efforts in the Region
- Articulately and effectively building rapport while generating new sales opportunities and ensuring the best possible customer service experience
- 7+ years' prior direct marketing leadership and management experience in Renewable energy with a strong performance record
- Prior Renewable Energy leadership/management experience, background and ability to develop and coach senior managers in multiple locations
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; own vehicle
- Unrivaled interpersonal skill - you're an expert at determining what makes people tick and aligning that to the needs of an organization to optimize impact
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
- Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands
- On-Target Earnings: $300,000 + annually
- Base Salary: $100,000 base annually
- Commission and Overrides:
- Plus, additional bonuses based on Region’s performance

We proudly offer an exciting opportunity for a full-time Regional Sales Manager based in our Chicago office. We're searching for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team and take charge of overseeing the Region across 3 of our thriving sales offices in Chicago, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh. This role differs from your average Regional Sales role as you'll be at the forefront of a rapidly growing industry, helping homeowners switch to clean, renewable energy.
This role requires someone with a strategic mind, a relentless work ethic, a constant desire for growth, and the ability to build and support high-performing sales teams.
