What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee multiple locations in the region throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development
- Support various teams in meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
- Ensure the development of Residential Sales Managers under your management
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the region's customer base
- Build rapport and generate new sales opportunities while ensuring excellent customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of prior direct marketing leadership and management experience in renewable energy with a strong performance record
- Prior leadership/management experience in renewable energy, with the ability to develop and coach senior managers in multiple locations
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must own a vehicle
