What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads to closing deals
- Help customers understand the value of the employer's solutions during the sales process
- Articulate the value proposition to various levels of the organization, from engineers to CxOs
- Forecast sales predictably and achieve sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience focusing on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIOs)
- Experience working with at least one earlier-stage start-up organization
- Proven track record of acquiring 5+ new clients each year and adeptness in managing complex sales processes
- Experience selling through a channel-led approach
- Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions

- Background using MEDDIC sales methodology
- Strong adaptability and enthusiasm for customer-centric solutions
- Experience in building rapport with C-level executives
