Job Description

- Achieve net placement goals, sales volume goals, and throughput per dispenser placed, to deliver ROI for the region.
- Ensure region is developing sufficient pipeline of opportunities to deliver against sales targets.
- Develop and implement long range and short-range sales plans for the region.
- Develop and coach the regional team of territory sales reps (TSRs)
- Lead territory coverage recommendations and hiring for the market.
- Support major operator and distributor account presentations to maintain and increase sales.
- Maintains complete knowledge of products, equipment, and customers within the region.
- Coordinate National/Multi-Unit account business within the region.
- Provides assigned reporting and personal contact with Beverage Sales Director and keeps informed of all factors effecting business and activities in the Region.
- Leads all territory reporting efforts, and CRM system updates for the region.
- Evaluates and approves new business opportunities & new equipment placements for qualifications.
- College Degree or equivalent plus two to four successful sales or sales management experience.
- Prior sales experience (5-10 years) with beverage or other food products highly preferred
- Travel up to 20-25%. Vehicle Provided
- Candidate must live in the Midwest near a large airport.
- Must be able to work out of their own home office.

Nestlé Professional is hiring a Regional Sales Manager responsible for leading a team of territory sales representatives to achieve planned sales volume, machine throughput targets, and growth objectives for his/her region. Direct duties include leading a team though the development and implementation of annual sales plans, navigating day to day execution conversations, supporting key account selling, and coordinating selling activities in their market. The position requires a close working relationship with both the Service Organization and the Business Support Services (BSS) team to ensure that service objectives are being achieved, and the equipment throughputs and performance are being optimized.
The Regional Sales Manager will contribute to organizational goals by leading the growth our dispensed beverage platforms across all channels of business, collaborating on product stocking and compliance, and ensuring customer preparedness in their assigned region. Essential Functions:
