      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate profitable sales of products in the OSP & Premise communications market
      - Implement sales and marketing plans for long-term business growth while achieving annual sales goals
      - Manage relationships with Independent Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Associates
      - Develop and close strategic customer opportunities while providing accurate sales forecasting
      - Promote the company's products through sales presentations and client interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred
      - 5+ years of experience in sales and managing a sales team
      - 5+ years of experience in the communications market
      - Strong negotiation, networking, and project management skills
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding established sales goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
      - Understanding of Outside plant and Premise product applications
      - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
      - Strong functional usage of MS Office and other internal applications
      - Problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking approach
