Manage Channel Partners
Run sales and marketing activities
Create short- and long-term business plans together with CPs
Creating a sales budget and following up closely
Finding new CPs and facilitate the growth with the existing ones
Represent HemoCue at congresses and exhibitions
Multiple years of experience with sales of medical devices
Experience from German health care market
Experience managing Channel Partners
Fluency in German and English
Willing to travel around 50% of the time
Selling diagnostics products
Working remotely
Fluency in additional European languages
Formal medical/science training at the university level

The Regional Channel Sales Manager DACH & Benelux (f/m/d) for HemoCue is responsible for driving commercial activities in selected European markets, preparing long and short-term business plans and following them up, managing channel partners (CPs) and some direct customers and helping CPs in promoting HemoCue products towards end-user.
This position is part of the International Sales Team and work remote with travel. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.
You will be a part of the European Sales Team and report to the Senior Regional Sales Manager Europe responsible for overseeing commercial activities within Europe in line with HemoCue goals and helping regional sales managers to run their activities more smoothly.
