What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a team of Territory Managers to achieve individual and team revenue and margin goals
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase market penetration of fire sprinkler products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, monitoring sales performance against targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction, fire suppression, plumbing/HVAC, or related industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and effectively managing a sales team
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler products and the wholesale distribution channel
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce or similar CRM experience
