      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve revenue and margin goals
      - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team effectiveness
      - Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive demand for fire sprinkler products
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and distributors in the region
      - Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or fire protection industry
      - Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a sales team effectively
      - Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler products and the wholesale distribution channel
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce or similar CRM experience

      - Experience in the plumbing/HVAC industry
      - Strong business acumen and ability to adapt to customer needs
      - Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
      - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
