  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals
  - Motivate the sales team to achieve their full potential through teamwork and effective planning
  - Identify and meet with key customers while assisting sales representatives in relationship building
  - Maintain a balanced forecast of opportunities and monitor their progress efficiently
  - Partner with cross-functional teams to close large opportunities and manage a network of distributors
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree required with 5+ years of experience as a top-level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry
  - 2+ years of sales leadership experience preferred
  - Proven experience in hiring, developing, and managing a sales team
  - Strong background working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and building relationships
  - Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with the Welch Allyn product line portfolio
  - Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  - Individuals must live within the current geography or be willing to relocate
