      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the full sales cycle, including territory planning, discovery, negotiation, and closing across various departments
      - Build a robust sales pipeline through partnerships, prospecting, and event lead conversion
      - Differentiate the employer's offerings by effectively communicating value and tracking competitors
      - Drive deals to completion by crafting proposals and forecasts while maintaining momentum through complex enterprise cycles
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the employer at industry events and tradeshows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least eight (8) years of sales experience in the HCM & SaaS or assessment industry, preferably within Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
      - Proven track record of generating opportunities in large enterprise companies across North America
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively with senior leadership or executives
      - Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of software applications and systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with extensive sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDPIC, Sandler, Solution Selling, Challenger)
      - Proven ability to innovate and influence staff and management at all levels
      - Highly articulate with strong listening skills and creative problem-solving abilities
      - Detail-oriented with superior negotiating skills
      - Self-directed and proactive work style
