      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage outbound calls, emails, and overall sales pipeline through the sales cycle
      - Prospect for and acquire new B2B business, following up daily on leads from the marketing team
      - Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track all activities with prospects and customers
      - Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, technical information, and recommendations
      - Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer service requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid Driver’s License
      - Proven sales experience in manufacturing environments, with a focus on business development (3-5 years)
      - Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
      - Strong phone presence with experience making numerous calls daily and excellent follow-up skills
      - Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in modular material handling systems or related industries
      - Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing methodologies
      - Background in customer service or technical sales roles
      - Ability to attend trainings at the head office twice a year
