      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of account managers, fostering accountability and growth
      - Maintain and expand a personal book of accounts to ensure strong sales development
      - Collaborate with the Regional Director to refine and implement effective sales strategies
      - Develop and review detailed proposals and building designs that align with client needs
      - Provide technical expertise in building controls and automation to team members and clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
      - Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the commercial HVAC and building automation industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
      - Proven track record of leading sales teams and managing large, multi-state territories
      - Strong technical acumen in building automation systems and related technologies
      - Exceptional relationship-building skills with a history of successful account management
