      Description

      SCOPE :

      A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales efforts within a designated geographic region, focusing on building relationships with potential clients, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets aligned with company goals.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

      • Sales Leadership:
        • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives within the assigned region to achieve individual and team sales targets.
        • Conduct regular sales coaching, performance reviews, and training to develop sales skills and knowledge of property management services.
        • Recruit and hire new sales representatives to strengthen the regional sales team.
        • Other responsibilities deemed necessary
      • Business Development:
        • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region through market research, networking, and lead generation.
        • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
        • Present compelling proposals highlighting the value proposition of the company's property management services.
      • Sales Strategy & Execution:
        • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of the regional market.
        • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
        • Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
      • Customer Relationship Management:
        • Build strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
        • Address client concerns and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
      • Reporting & Analysis:
        • Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and lead generation activity.
        • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, identifying key insights and areas for improvement.
      • Other duties deemed necessary by supervisor


      REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

      • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the property management industry.
      • Deep understanding of the property management market, including leasing, tenant management, and property operations.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends.
      • Ability to manage a sales team and motivate individuals to achieve goals.
      • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
      • Note: Specific responsibilities may vary depending on the size and structure of the property management company, as well as the regional market dynamics.
      • High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
      • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
      • Ability to obtain a Mobile Home Dealer license in the following states: MN, NY, NV, TN, WI.

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

      • Occasional exposure to wet/and or humid conditions.
      • The employee will occasionally lift packages up to 20 lbs.
      • Frequently required to walk.
      • While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

      LOCATION: Sunrise Estates - Las Vegas, NV. Travel and coverage for this position between the Las Vegas and Midwest regions is required. Travel requirement 25%.

      COMPENSATION : $60,000.00/Yr Base Salary with commission to total earnings expected $85 - $95K/Yr (Base plus Commission/Yr, based on experience)
