      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a regional sales force, overseeing staffing, training, and performance evaluations
      - Develop and implement sales strategies to cross-sell products and services to customers
      - Coordinate sales distribution by establishing territories, quotas, and goals for sales personnel
      - Prepare monthly sales reports and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions
      - Interact with various internal departments to address sales improvement opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Progressive sales experience in the medical distribution industry, including a minimum of three years in a supervisory role
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
      - Valid Driver's License with no prior suspensions or revocations
      - Knowledge of the medical industry and products
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with eCommerce and related order entry systems
      - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales campaigns
