What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage outbound calls, emails, and overall sales pipeline throughout the sales cycle
- Rigorously prospect for and acquire new B2B business, following up daily on leads generated by a strong marketing team
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to capture all activities with prospects and customers
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, technical information, and recommendations
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure customer service requirements are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proven sales experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on business development (3-5 years)
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets
- Strong phone presence with the ability to make numerous calls per day and follow up effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
