      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and influence relationships across Sales, Operations, Retail, and Marketing functions
      - Analyze syndicated data to create actionable insights for bottler partners
      - Build and manage account strategies and plans with key accounts and business channels
      - Lead, develop, and motivate team members to achieve corporate KPIs
      - Communicate sales plans and track the execution of team objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in CPG sales
      - Strong communication skills and sales team leadership experience
      - Ability to travel 50% of the time
      - Proficiency in managing and analyzing sales data and trade/business analytics
      - Experience in a fast-paced, evolving hyper-growth environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the non-alcoholic beverage industry
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and syndicated data analysis
      - Proven ability to work successfully within the constraints of a growing business
