What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop project pursuit strategies with EPCs, end users, and OEMs for key projects in LNG, power, refinery, and petrochemical sectors
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers to influence specifications and secure contracts
- Lead opportunities from initial client engagement through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract finalization
- Conduct competitive analyses and mitigate project risks during pursuit phases
- Manage third-party agent relationships to maximize revenue and achieve growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience
- Knowledge of flow control applications in upstream, midstream, and downstream processes
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Ability to plan and conduct negotiations with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in control valve, isolation valve sizing, and related industry specifications
- Knowledge of principles and theories of mechanical engineering and fluid dynamics
- Experience in sales and marketing management
