What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Mentor, develop, and lead Territory Managers to achieve critical metrics
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build and achieve aligned business goals
- Communicate new product launches and establish sales targets
- Travel to assigned regions to support the team and enhance partnerships with key accounts
- Develop and provide sales reports to upper management and Territory Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside near San Francisco
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience as a sales leader
- 4-5 years of sales leadership experience
- Relevant sales experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG); experience in cannabis, beverage, or alcohol preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel and Google Suite; knowledge of ERP software such as Encompass, Asana, and Outreach is a plus

- Knowledge of the NorCal cannabis market, including key relationships within the retail network
- Strong listening skills and a sense of urgency
- Strategic orientation with a leadership style characterized by approachability and teamwork
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
