What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals
- Motivate the team to reach their full potential by fostering teamwork and effective execution
- Identify and meet with key customers, assisting sales representatives in building relationships
- Maintain a balanced forecast of opportunities while monitoring their progress
- Coach team members on deal and skill-based opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required with 5+ years of demonstrated experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience preferred
- Proven experience in hiring, developing, and managing a sales team
- Strong background working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and building relationships
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills

- Familiarity with the Welch Allyn product line portfolio
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Individuals must live within the current geography or be willing to relocate
