What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve market share and profitability for the product portfolio
- Manage and direct the activities of Area Sales Managers and independent manufacturers’ representatives in the assigned region
- Develop promotional activities tailored to meet the specific needs of the territory
- Maintain accurate records of all contacts and potential business opportunities
- Deliver sales and profit targets while developing demand forecasts for the region
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience managing a sales team in the wholesale construction materials industry
- Strong knowledge of distribution strategies and tactical implementation
- Technical background in the HVAC field is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in both English and Spanish is a plus
