      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new business revenue by presenting software solutions to prospects both in-person and online
      - Exceed monthly revenue quotas through a defined sales process
      - Conduct a minimum of 25 new prospecting calls per week
      - Attend and participate in industry conferences to promote the employer's offerings
      - Provide sales reporting and follow up on leads as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of outside sales experience
      - Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
      - Ability to travel 50% or more based on business needs
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with a defined sales process
      - Familiarity with virtual meeting technology such as Teams, Zoom, or WebEx
      - Background in technical sales within the transportation or logistics sector
