      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, dealer sales force, and end-users
      - Achieve annual sales and performance goals as outlined in the regional business plan
      - Conduct quarterly business reviews with dealers and report significant regional activities
      - Implement sales strategies and manage dealer sales force training and motivation
      - Perform building surveys and product demonstrations to drive project starts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the sanitary supply industry or related field
      - Strong selling skills and end-user account management abilities
      - Proficiency in MC Office Suite applications, including Excel and Sales Force
      - Willingness to travel overnight as required for the position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in dealer channel management and end-user sales/account management
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement corrective action plans
      - Demonstrated ability to conduct product seminars and presentations effectively
