What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, sales force, and end users to achieve sales goals
- Report significant regional activities and perform quarterly business reviews with dealers
- Direct training and motivation of the dealer sales force to enhance sales effectiveness
- Conduct daily sales calls on key end-users and manage sales pipeline activities in Salesforce.com
- Communicate product information to dealers and coordinate sales efforts with National Accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the sanitary supply industry or related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce.com
- Willingness to travel overnight as required for the position

- Experience in dealer channel management and end-user sales/account management
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management abilities
- Ability to conduct product seminars and presentations in front of an audience
- Proven track record of developing new business opportunities with prospective dealers
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive intelligence in the commercial cleaning sector
