What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular sales calls and follow-ups
- Review customer requirements and present relevant company products
- Coordinate product demonstrations and training events to enhance customer understanding
- Utilize CRM and Outlook to manage sales activities and submit regular sales reports
- Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals while providing excellent customer support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of technical sales, applications engineering, or customer support experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Physics and Physical Science; M.S. preferred
- In-depth knowledge of vacuum technology or related technologies
- Strong organizational, planning, and technical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Experience in the R&D market, including universities and national laboratories
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information
