      An opportunity exists for a professional, driven and successful medical device Regional Sales Manager to join our South Australian team.

      About this role:

      As the Regional Sales Manager you will lead a team of territory managers and territory manager associates to achieve sales targets in identifying and developing business opportunities. You will have a genuine passion for coaching and inspiring others. You will grow and maintain business relationships in alignment with Applied Medical’s company values and mission.

      If successful the Area Business Manager will invite you to join as the Regional Sales Manager, SA/NT Region.

      Your responsibilities:

      • Lead, mentor and further empower your high performing sales team
      • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, executive and senior leaders, theatre personnel, key opinion leaders and other decision makers in hospitals
      • Identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to meet the organisations sales plans to drive market share
      • Plan, direct and monitor the activities of the sales team to achieve established targets
      • Identify new developments in the national and local healthcare landscape and implement dynamic strategies accordingly together with senior management
      • Deliver and exceed the forecasted budget and business plan

      About you:

      • Proven coaching and leadership experience of a successful sales team within the healthcare or medical related industry

      (or a high-performing medical device sales professional with at least 3 years experience, looking to step into a leadership role)

      • Experience in a leadership position
      • Curiosity and a passion for learning
      • A collaborative, results-orientated leadership style and approach
      • High level of interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully engage with all stakeholders
      • Practical knowledge of the healthcare space
      • Strong business acumen, analytical and organisational skills
      • Current Drivers Licence
