YANMAR is seeking a Rural Lifestyle Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to take full ownership of our rural equipment sales efforts across the Texas / Red River territory.

      In this high-impact role, you'll lead the growth of our Rural Lifestyle (RL) product line - including tractors, attachments, and related equipment - by empowering dealers, optimizing distribution points, and capturing new market opportunities.       What You'll Do
      • Drive Sales Growth: Boost retail and wholesale sales of RL equipment to increase revenue and market share.
      • Support & Develop Dealers: Strengthen dealer relationships with regular store visits, training, events, and hands-on sales support.
      • Expand Market Presence: Identify and secure new distribution points; onboard dealers through targeted market analysis.
      • orecast & Report: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts; provide detailed sales performance reporting.
      • Champion the Brand: Promote YANMAR's RL products at trade shows, special events, and through direct customer engagement.
      • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and insights.
      • Customer & Account Support: Ensure smooth business operations, including assistance with accounts receivable issues when needed.
      What You Bring
      • Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably in the agricultural, tractor, or implement industry.
      • Sales Leadership: Proven success managing dealer networks and driving channel-based sales.
      • Strategic Thinking: Strong judgment, data analysis, and decision-making skills.
      • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and familiarity with Mac OS is a plus.
      • Self-Motivation: Independent, organized, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
      • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
      • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 75% across the assigned region.
      Location

      This role covers Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska, with occasional visits to our Adairsville, GA office. Ideal candidates will reside within the territory - preference given to those near Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, or Oklahoma City.
