What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attend in-person builder meetings to support sales teams
- Maintain and enter estimates for sales quotes
- Provide customer training with sales systems as required
- Assist in planning regional builder meetings and events
- Collaborate with district sales managers to prepare estimates and facilitate communication between estimators and builders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in the pre-engineered metal building industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication skills and a desire to advance in metal building sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with associates and clients
- Thorough understanding of the construction process

- Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
