      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain business relationships with brokers, agents, and insurance professionals to achieve sales goals within the Los Angeles territory
      - Develop a thorough understanding of the employer's diverse group products and the brokerage community
      - Support new sales initiatives and enhance sales of existing products
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of sold products
      - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with brokers and manage the existing client base

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
      - Ability to learn about the insurance and financial services industry, including product knowledge and marketing practices
      - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills
      - Motivated self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
      - Capability to work effectively within a team to achieve results
