      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within your assigned territory
      - Gain a comprehensive understanding of the employer's diverse group products and the brokerage community
      - Support new sales initiatives to enhance existing products and develop new offerings
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products from sale to issuance
      - Identify and procure new customer sales opportunities in partnership with brokers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
      - Ability to learn the insurance and financial services industry, including products and marketing practices
      - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills
      - Highly motivated, results-oriented self-starter with problem-solving abilities
      - Excellent time management, organization, and project management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in insurance or financial services sales
      - Proven track record of building and maintaining business relationships
      - Familiarity with employee benefits products, specifically Dental, Vision, and Hearing
      - Strong leadership presence with the ability to create relationships and be a team player
