What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a regional leader and advocate for early childhood development and health initiatives
- Coordinate regional efforts and support the development of strategic plans with the Regional Partnership Council
- Engage communities through presentations, workshops, and communication strategies to promote early childhood needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local government officials and community partners
- Represent the organization at regional coalitions and public forums to disseminate information and updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in early education, social work, education, health, or a related field
- Experience in management or leadership within public, private, or non-profit organizations
- Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and health issues
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and community leaders
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software and communication tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in generating financial support and developing cross-sector partnerships
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on outcomes
- Familiarity with public accountability measures and program evaluation
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays, for community engagement activities
