What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a trusted regional leader and agent of systems change for early childhood development and health issues
- Participate in Regional Partnership Council meetings and assist in strategic planning processes
- Engage communities through presentations and workshops to promote early childhood initiatives
- Develop and sustain relationships with local officials to align early childhood system goals with local priorities
- Represent the employer in regional coalitions and public forums to share data and resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in early education, social work, education, health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and health issues
- Management or leadership experience in public, private, or non-profit organizations
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Google Workspace

- Demonstrated ability to generate financial support and develop cross-sector partnerships
- Experience working effectively with a volunteer governing board and community volunteers
- Creative, solution-driven mindset with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays, for community engagement and partnership development
