      The Corporate Security Physical Security Systems and Infrastructure Lead will implement and execute the technology and infrastructure security standards to ensure employee security, safety, asset protection. They will develop strong relationships within the business, infrastructure and regional management teams to deliver successfully the physical security elements of all Real Estate projects. They will drive to achieve technology and infrastructure excellence based on proven industry best practices.

      Your key responsibilities

      • Deliver global and regional strategic initiatives by developing short and long term plans – track and report progress and escalate issues when required
      • Resolve delivery obstacles and seek resource requirements to ensure success
      • Be the primary security point of contact for delivery of security related services managed by others (e.g. Corporate Services Tier 1 Vendors; confidential or proprietary data management; HR (Human Resources), Global Technology
      • As the Subject Matter Expert, design and manage the security infrastructure delivery of all projects utilising the security integrators
      • Represent Corporate Security Technology in relevant Deutsche Bank steering committees
      • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to leverage engagement for the benefit of the organisation, drive efficiencies where possible and propose innovative technology/infrastructure solutions

      Your skills and experience

      • Detailed expertise in corporate security within a large global organization (preferably in a management role). In-depth knowledge of security technical/infrastructure and security operations with excellent technical and operational understanding of Access Control and CCTV Enterprise Security Systems
      • Excellent networking in the security sector regionally and detailed knowledge of vendor management and contacts within the security vendor community
      • Excellent English speaker and briefing/presentation development and delivery, both written and verbal and strong analysis capability
      • High level of self-motivation, results-based approach work ethic, and ability to work under pressure in a high performance environment
      • Ability to meet key project and business delivery dates, often at short notice, whilst balancing a portfolio of ad hoc/ongoing activity
      • Willingness to be available at any hours and to deal with live operational issues inclusive of emergency failures or crisis
