      Our team is responsible for design, governance and management of the Total Reward programmes across 24 countries in Europe region. We focus on Evolve, Excel and Exceed principles when providing “Best in Class” expertise and advise to our employees, leaders and HR partners

      Partner with the best

      The Total Rewards Specialist will lead regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with global total rewards strategies.

      As a Regional Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for:

      • Acting as the main point of contact for Total Rewards for Italy-based operations.
      • Supporting development and implementation of regional compensation and benefits strategies aligned with global frameworks.
      • Conducting benchmarking and market analysis to ensure economical and compliant practices.
      • Administering annual compensation processes, including merit reviews and bonus cycles.
      • Collaborating with HR and managers on jo evaluations, salary offers, and compensation structures.
      • Managing regional benefits programs and partnering with vendors for renewals, compliance, and communications.

      Fuel your passion

      To be successful in this role you will:

      • Hold a bachelor's in HR, Business, Finance, or related field with solid experience in compensation, benefits, or general HR.
      • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HR systems like Workday or SAP.
      • Show knowledge of regional labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
      • Possess excellent communication skills, fluency in Italian, and ability to influence stakeholders.
      • Bring experience in union negotiations and hold relevant certifications (CCP, GRP, SHRM) as a plus.
