      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with broker partners
      - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
      - Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to ensure accountability and performance
      - Provide expert guidance and support to broker partners and internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work-related experience
      - Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
      - In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, leadership skills, and employee motivation techniques
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with brokers and clients
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth
