      Job Summary:
      - Develop and execute sales strategies for the designated region
      - Build and maintain key business relationships
      - Identify and secure new business opportunities
      - Strengthen existing client relationships through continuous follow-up and response
      - Represent LIBERTY at industry events and client meetings
      - Maintain a database of prospects and client contact information
      - Drive growth through clear articulation of our value proposition
      - Apply sales excellence and best-in-class sales management practices
      - Collaborate with underwriting and proposal team
      - Provide market intelligence on competitors and win/loss information
      - Continuously expand industry knowledge and expertise
      - Perform other assigned duties

      Qualifications:
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 10 years of experience in business development and sales
      - Strong understanding of the health insurance industry, with a focus on Medicaid/Medicare Advantage
      - Previous corporate sales and consulting expertise required
      - Sales leadership experience preferred
      - Effective communication, organization, and presentation skills
      - Strong negotiation and influential skills
      - Working knowledge of insurance financing and provider network development
      - Results-driven and focused on high-quality services
      - Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office

      Additional Information:
      - All employees must be based in the United States
      - LIBERTY offers a comprehensive benefit package, including competitive pay, 401k matching, medical and dental coverage, vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability coverage, wellness program, employee assistance program, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and remote/hybrid work options
      - The base salary for this position is $129,099 - $167,829, with additional factors considered for final compensation determination
